I chose this hotel for a trade show and it provided both leisure and business travelers with the perfect combination of comfort, standard, and service. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Great apartment and friendly staff.

Location is somewhat devoid of ambiance (various construction sites and next to highway(s)). no cafes, no shops. Fairly far from Al Ras/Deira/main part of town, the creek and airpoirt, though transport (taxis) was not a problem. The WIFI available was not always working, and then very slow, and the internet access in the room did not work.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel facilities are amazing, with clean and spacious rooms. The location is perfect, right on the marina and close walking distance to everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and the free parking and transportation services were a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a good range of options.

I had an amazing stay at Dusit Residence in Dubai Marina. The value for money was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the marina and close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety of options.

The location between JBR the walk and dubai marina, great view of jumeria and access to all the supermarkets and resturants. cross the bridge and you have everything you want.

The construcation outside and the windows were never clean .. but i cant blame the managment for that !

The amenties are just great! I stayed in a three rooms spacious suite. I didn't expect having everything I need in one suite (Starting from the washing machines to the almost fully equiped kitchen) with this price. Moreover, the hotel is recent and very quite. I loved that. I liked the location and view. And more importantly, the hotel staff are very nice and friendly. I would stay there again with my family.

The smell of rooms

We've stayed here a few times and the staff is always excellent! They are willing to help in any way they can. The apartments are always clean and the kitchen is stocked perfectly. The location of the hotel it so perfect, right on the marina close walking to anything you may need, and very accessible to the nearby attractions. Beautiful views!

No real negatives to mention, we will definitely choose this place again for the accommodation, location, and the caring professional staff. We highly recommend it to family and friends.

Hotel is good but the way to hotel is not clear especially if you are driving.

Hotel is little far from grocery if you are walking.

Every thing was good, the hotel well furnished and high quality furniture and the marina view is very nice, also the staff are kind and respectful, they gave us a three bed room apartment although we booked two bed room apartment with an extra bed and they didn't change the price which was a very great thing.

There was one problem that gave us a little headache. We stayed at the 14th floor which has a very nice view and every thing was perfect but the problem was that there was some cockroaches in the apartment, especially in the kitchen, it seems that it live there in the kitchen because it is a wooden kitchen, so we used to kill 4 to 6 cockroaches daily which was annoying and made us not to use the beautiful kitchen that much. I think the need to bring a company to solve this problem. also other minor problem (not a real problem), the windows need to be cleaned, you will notice that especially in day time. and that's all.

We stayed at a hotel near the mosque that was close to everything. the hotel was right on the walkway around the marina, which was perfect for evening strolls. We enjoyed exploring the various restaurants in Dubai Marina. the room and bathroom were clean, and the service was helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and quality, and we enjoyed the stunning view from our balcony.

The pool was small and not ideal for children.

Personnel is extremely kind and the apartments are simply gorgeous. Great location in the middle of the Marina and near the beach. Private parking is a bonus.

TV-SAT-DVD operation is very complicated.

I truely appreciate the value of the mony I paied for my stay compare to the number of rooms. I was charged 1900 Derham per night for 3 bedrooms appartment in Dubai I think this a very resonabel price for 5 stars hotel.

The following is major disadvantages in my openion: the hotel location is not identifyed in GPS srvices and it was very difficult to reach the hotel if you are driving. For the name of Dusit I was expecting a cleaner furniture however funiture specialy carpets was extremly felthy. The hotel is atleast 20 kilometer away from city center and most of dubai activity.
